According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’) and in connection with our ‘Personal Data’ form, please read the information below, concerning the process of your personal data:

  • Your personal data will be stored as long as the company you represent remains registered on our platform in accordance with the Contract Term. The data may continue to be stored after the expiration of the Contract Term for statistical purposes according to articles 5 & 89 of the Regulation, unless you notify us otherwise in which case we shall immediately erase all relevant data.

  • You have the right to request access to your personal data (and if processed, information about the processing of the data) and/or rectification of inaccurate personal data.

  • You have the right to request the erasure of personal data (‘right to be forgotten’) provided that one or more of the criteria of article 17 paragraph 1 of the Regulation is satisfied.

  • You have the right to request the restriction of processing provided that one or more of the criteria of article 18 paragraph 1 of the Regulation is satisfied.

  • You have the right to withdraw your consent, given for each purpose, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

  • You have the right to request data portability.

  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

  • You have the right to deny automated processing, including profiling, of your personal data, unless one or more of the criteria laid down in article 22 paragraph 2 of the Regulation is satisfied.

  • In case of a personal data breach, we will notify, without undue delay, the competent supervisory authority, as well as the data subject.

  • Upon the exercise of any of your rights, we will communicate with you within one month of receipt of the request. That period may be extended by two further months when necessary, taking in to account the complexity and the number of requests. If we take no action upon your request, we will inform you within one month of receipt of the request of the reasons for not taking action. Where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character, we may either (a) charge a reasonable fee taking in to account the administrative costs of providing the information or communication or taking the action requested, or (b) refuse to act on the request.
